PURCHASE

Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your business and support.

We want you to be proud of your purchase, however we do ask you to agree that any products purchased from drobertsphoto.com will be used solely for personal non-commercial use and will not be re-sold, published, loaned, or shared.

 

Payments / Cancelations / Returns

PAYMENTS: Our payment system on drobertsphoto.com is powered by Stripe. We use this trusted payment method as it is secure for you (the customer) and for us (the seller). Please be sure to agree to their terms & conditions before proceeding to purchase. Stripe T&Cs & PayPal T&Cs . 

VOUCHERS / DISCOUNT CODES: From time to time we may promote and offer specials discount codes or vouchers via our website and on our social media accounts. If this is the case we know you love a bargain as much as we do, but if you are finding that your code or voucher doesn't work then please simply contact us here and we will get it sorted out for you right away. 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / FAULTY ITEMS: We pride ourselves on providing quality items that pass our inspection before shipment, yet we understand from time to time things may go wrong in transit. In these cases we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Simply send us an email explaining the situation along with a photograph(s) taken by yourself clearly showing proof of the damage/concern. 

We welcome you to report this to us within 14 days of purchase.  Please note that refunds/exchanges are only given in the event that items are received damaged and only if reported within 14 days of purchase. 

RETURN SHIPPING: Please kindly note the the buyer will always be responsible for any return shipping costs and as such we are not responsible for receiving the item. We suggest that in the event that this is needed that the buyer uses a trackable method.

 

Delivery

Thank you for your purchase. We aim to ship your order(s) on the next working day once your order has been successfully placed and paid for on our system. 

UK DELIVERY: Orders placed and shipped within the UK will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class within 1-2 working days.

EU DELIVERY: Orders placed and shipped within the EU will be delivered via Royal Mail International Standard within 5-7 working days. 

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY: Orders placed and shipped within the Rest of World i.e. Antigua, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Barbados, Belarus, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Cayman, Chile, China, Colombia, Dominica, Egypt, Grenada, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia & Montenegro, Serbia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Sth. Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Turks & Caicos, UAE, Ukraine, USA will be delivered via Royal Mail International Standard within 7-10 working days.  

In the event that the item cannot be sent via these preferred methods (i.e too large) an equal alternative shall be used.

IMPORT TAX: Please kindly note the the buyer will always be responsible for any import tax.

We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all details that you enter when placing your order with us remain completely confidential and will not be shared with any third parties or companies. The details we require from you once placing an order is as follows;

  • Notes: Only used if customer has any notes to share with seller 

We hate spam so please note we only send two emails to you and they consist of the following; 

  • Once you have placed your order you will receive a 1 x confirmation email

  • Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an additional 1 x shipping notification email

You can at any time opt-in or opt-out of any of these emails.

The photographer (David Roberts of drobertsphoto.com) remains the sole owner of the image(s) and as such retains all rights to the image(s) including future usage. Any unauthorised use such as (but not limited to) commercial use, copying, distribution etc. is a violation of International Copyright and is punishable by law.

COLLABORATION:

All images used that are not the work of David Roberts have been used with the express consent of the Author(s) to be used in the manner agreed upon. Should the original Author of the images wish to no longer participate in said collaboration, please contact us and we will remove the said image(s) from drobertsphoto.com.

The original Author of the images retain all copyright(s) and are protected by International Copyright Law. No illegal distribution of any images from drobertsphoto.com will be tolerated. The original Author(s) are responsible for obtaining any and all relevant consent/permissions prior to providing the images.
